Still holding my possessions hostage and now demanding more money.

Do not hire. I made the mistake of contracting for two seperate deliveries before checking Due Diligence. The have over thirty complaints at the Better Business Bureau. In addition, I made complaints to the New York State Department of Finance, New York State Attorney General and am preparing for a law suit as they refuse to make an insurance claim or pay the insurance.

Pick Up:
Contract One: occurred and has yet to be delivered and is being held hostage eleven days later. Pick Up was late. The workers showed up without moving supplies and were forced to use my supplies. I should have cancelled the second contract but madfe a mistake...
Contract Two Occurred: and was delivered many days late and is so damaged it will "max out" the insurance.

Covid Practices: The use of masks is Intermittent to NonExistent. Many of the masks are clearly non-compliant or well passed their date of retirement.

Estimates: The price they quoted for one contract is off by 142% on what they wrotye in the quote and have inappropriately billed my credit card. My second contract has been charged 163% of the quote and has been charged yet the entire delivery is missing.

Insurance is a scam:
I have levied a complaint against them with New York State for selling fradulent insurance with New York State Department of Financial Services. for failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to insure, failure to make a claim for damages.

Delivery Dates: They are unwilling and unable to meet a delivery date unless you pay cash...and who knows even then?!? I paid via credit card. DO NOT PAY THEM CASH. The credit cardf company is your friend and they will help protect you. One shipment was delayed by six days. They tried to blame the delay on the weather that occurred three days after the promised date of delivery. The other shipment is still not being delivered because this delivery is heading to a law suit.

Pick Up Dates: They showed up hours late, with no packing supplies for one load. The other pickup showed ten hours late and in a truck clearly too small so they left without packing or loading. The next day they again showed up late still missing packing supplies.

Packing & Care for your possessions: They did a horrible job packing my possessions. They showed up and had to use my boxes, wrap and bubble wrap and then tried to charge me. They broke much of what they packed stacking heavy items on top of fragile. They stacked "Fragile" and "This End Up" underneath heavy items and upside down. A Bed, Mirror, coffee table, two nightstands, antique ttable, antique chest and many pictures were smashed or broken...all of these items were broken by them. My damages are estimated well beyond the $50,000.00 insurance limit...thankfully, many of their legal misteps will allow me to seek double damages. Emp[loyees admitted that they did not restrain half of the shipment. I watched them drive into the delivery site and accelerate into a massive pothole that tossed the truck to one side.

Verbally abusive: The owner Gavrielle and Linda are dismissive and abusive to the client and their workers. Ken plays "good cop" but seems to be unable to get them to meet a single commitment.

Management: The foreman pocketed 70% of the tip provided to the workers giving each man $20-40. This nearly led to a fight which was caught on security cameras and wintnessed by neighbors. In addition, the foreman told me to quiet down when I challenged him for pocketing the tips.

In short, do not use them unless you don't care about your stuff. You will have to engage lawyers to recover the insurance proceeds. I am and will pursue them for increased danages due to negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress...

Stay tuned for review number two when the second shipment is found or declared lost.

Thanks for your fascinating aritlce. One other problem is that mesothelioma is generally brought on by the breathing of materials from asbestos, which is a extremely dangerous material. It can be commonly witnessed among staff in the building industry that have long experience of asbestos. It can also be caused by residing in asbestos insulated buildings for a long time of time, Genetic makeup plays an important role, and some persons are more vulnerable on the risk in comparison with others.

This is the worst company you can use. The truck actually rear ended my vehicle as it was following me. We were at a complete stop at a red light when it happened. The mouth for them is a jerk named Gabby who will never call you back as he promises. They sent me to their repair shop and still no call back or reparations. THEY WILL SCREW YOU. I'M PRETTY SURE THE MOVERS WERE DRINKING WHILE WORKING AND DENYING IT. DO NOT USE THEM.

They broke all my pictures frames the supervisor packed.. They broke my Triinity glass oven that I loved. My mattress and love seat looked like they were dragged thru grease. They argued on the phone and di absolutely nothing to compensate me for broken and damaged property. Would not recommend!

There is not a low enough rating I could give this company. 1st off they were 5 hours late arriving and that's no exaggeration. Then the 3 workers who finally showed were very slow and careless because a number of our items were scratched or even ripped. Being that they are insured I have no been waiting for a month to have these items repaired or replaced. I'm about to consult with an attorney because I am not getting any response from anyone from this awful company so everyone do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company!
