When they advertise they do when I show them pictures of damage. That's when they stopped contact and decided to block my number. Do not use them. They were prompt and patient. The guys worked well together. They made sure all of my items were taken out with care. They never once put my items on the ground. I would highly recommend this company. Also, the price is really decent compared to the other high priced moving companies. They were professional, reliable, fairly priced and most of all they went to great lengths to ensure that all of my large pieces of furniture, as well as breakable items arrived at their destination in perfect condition.
